Supernova Education is a specialist branch of Supernova, we strive to combine excellent service with quality solutions for your recruitment requirements.

We offer all our clients a dedicated consultant to oversee all your individual requirements. This ensures all our clients have a named point of contact, offering you a clear line of communication and a dedicated service at all times.

COVER REQUIREMENTS

At Supernova Education we understand that if last minute cover is required it needs to be now, that’s why we are available, on call, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Whether you call us at 6pm in the evening or at 6am in the morning, you can expect to speak to a friendly, knowledgeable consultant, not a call centre operative or a message service, unlike some of our competitors!

​

We will ensure all shift details are taken by one of our experienced consultants who will ensure the correct candidate for your school will found and cover requirements communicated to the candidate.

PEACE OF MIND

Safeguarding is always at the forefront of our service and our stringent vetting and referencing procedures are designed to protect the security and the well being of our clients, our staff but most importantly, the children and young people.

Our Candidates are check in accordance with Disclosures and Barring and are encouraged to put their certificates online. We have checks in place to ensure online DBS holders are checked regularly and referencing and history are in accordance with guidelines.

​

We check all information given by candidates and ensure appropriate documents have been supplied to us.

We work with Primary, Secondary, Further Education and SEN Education providers across the West Midlands, Shropshire, Staffordshire and The North West. We are continuingly recruiting to ensure we have a large pool of quality teaching and support staff to meet our client’s needs.
