At Supernova Social Care we understand that Social Care isn’t a ‘9 til 5’ job (sorry Dolly), that’s why we are available, on call, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Whether you call us at 3pm in the afternoon or at 3am in the morning, you can expect to speak to a friendly, knowledgeable consultant, not a call centre operative or a message service, unlike some of our competitors!

We will ensure all shift details are taken by one of our experienced consultants who will ensure the correct candidate for your organisation will be found and cover requirements communicated to the candidate.


Safeguarding is always at the forefront of our service and our stringent vetting and referencing procedures are designed to protect the security and the well being of our clients, our staff but most importantly, the children and young people in their care.

Our Candidates are check in accordance with Disclosures and Barring and are encouraged to put their certificates online. We have checks in place to ensure online DBS holders are checked regularly and referencing and history are in accordance with guidelines. We strictly adhere to the compliance requirement set out by OFSTED & CQC regulations for all our candidates.


We check all information given by candidates and ensure appropriate documents have been supplied to us.
